Citing masking up efforts that help stop the spread of Covid, on Tuesday October 3rd, Gov. Inslee moved all 5 counties still in phases 1 and 1.5 to phase 2. To see how this might affect you, check out this page which lists the Phase 2 Business Activity Guidelines.
