Job Description: Think you've got what it takes to run with the pack?

Iron & Velvet is roaring into Leavenworth, WA, and we need a Retail Lead with steel in their spine and fire in their belly. This isn't some cookie-cutter shift supervisor gig—we're building a sanctuary for rebels, riders, and anyone who refuses to play it safe.

Backbone to handle intoxicated patrons and festival crowds

Valid alcohol service certification (or get one within 30 days)

Physical stamina to conquer stairs repeatedly while carrying gear up to 50 pounds

The Reality Check: Our space is below ground with artificial lighting—think speakeasy meets motorcycle clubhouse. • Business Name: Iron & Velvet Lifestyle Brand

    Job Title: Retail Associate

Full Time or Part Time: Full-Time

Job Description: Think you've got what it takes to run with the pack?

Iron & Velvet is roaring into Leavenworth, WA, and we need a Retail Associate with steel in their spine and fire in their belly. This isn't some cookie-cutter retail gig—we're building a sanctuary for rebels, riders, and anyone who refuses to play it safe.

Who We Are We're the collision of chrome and class, where leather meets luxury and attitude meets authenticity. Iron & Velvet doesn't just sell clothes—we armor people for their battles, whether they're conquering mountain passes or conquering Monday mornings. We speak the language of the road: no BS, no apologies, just raw truth wrapped in premium quality.

    What You'll Command

Be the face of our flagship fortress—first impression, lasting impact

Connect authentically with customers from weekend warriors to seasoned road veterans

Master both retail sales and bar service in our underground sanctuary

Help customers find their armor, whether it's the lifestyle brand experience or liquid courage

Support events that turn our space into the epicenter of mountain town mayhem

Navigate our underground lair like you own it (stairs included—this builds character)

Create experiences that make wannabes feel welcome and veterans feel at home

Keep our rebel headquarters looking sharp and running smooth

    What You're Packing

1-2 years retail or bar experience preferred (but we'll teach the right attitude)

Must be 21+ (Washington State doesn't mess around with alcohol service)

Genuine enthusiasm for connecting with all kinds of people

Willingness to learn everything from the fit to wine and beer varieties

Basic tech skills and ability to handle POS systems

Enthusiasm for motorcycle culture, alternative lifestyle, or fashion (preferred)

Professional demeanor that can handle anything from families to festival crowds

Physical stamina to conquer stairs repeatedly while carrying gear up to 50 pounds

Valid alcohol service certification (or get one within 30 days)

The Reality Check Our space is below ground with artificial lighting—think speakeasy meets motorcycle clubhouse. You'll work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during events when the energy is electric but the hours can stretch long. If basement vibes and stair climbing aren't your thing, this isn't your roadhouse.

Why Ride with Iron & Velvet?

Be part of something legendary from the ground up

    Full-time or part-time positions available

Annualized wages that respects your worth + performance rewards. Compensation range is $16.66 - $21.26 per hour, plus performance bonuses for meeting sales goals during Leavenworth’s peak seasons. Starting pay is generally positioned in the lower portion of this range (25-50%), with substantial growth opportunities to reach the full range through performance, training, and career development.

Full benefits package that's got your back

Gear discounts (because you should look the part)

Mountain town living at its finest

Work with people who choose adventure over ordinary

Learn the art of retail-hospitality fusion

Growth opportunities to advance within our pack
