    Icicle Brewing Company is seeking an On-Site Event Coordinator to join our team in the beautiful mountain town of Leavenworth, Washington!

    We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, reliable individual to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of events at our brewery. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for games , events, and craft beer.

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ON-SITE EVENTS:
    • Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and organize game nights, including selecting games, setting up equipment, and creating event schedules.
    • Event Setup and Breakdown: Assist with the setup and teardown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment. Ensure the venue is clean and organized before and after events.
    • Customer Service: Greet and assist guests during events, providing information and ensuring a positive experience. Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants.
    • Event Support: Support and collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Taproom Manager, as well as other team members in executing event activities. This may include serving beverages, managing event flow, and coordinating with vendors.
    • Logistics Management: Help manage event logistics, such as coordinating deliveries, setting up audio-visual equipment, cueing films, and ensuring all event materials are in place.
    • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all events comply with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor the event area for any potential hazards and address them immediately.
    • Hosting and Engagement: Host game nights, explain rules, and facilitate gameplay. Ensure all guests are engaged and having a great time.
    • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from participants and provide insights to improve future game nights.
    • Promotion and Marketing: Work with the marketing team to promote game nights through social media, flyers, and other channels. Encourage guests to share their experiences online.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Experience: Previous experience in event staffing, event hosting, brand ambassadorship, or customer service is preferred.
    • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with diverse audiences and create a positive impression.

    OBJECTIVE:
    The Taproom Team Member will receive training in all the necessary skills to effectively manage the taproom's various areas of responsibility, which include food service, bartending, bussing, dishwashing, and guest services.
    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

    FOOD:
    -Preparing simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
    -Making sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.

    -Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized.

    BARTENDER:

    -Busses dirty dishes from tables and bussing stations and makes sure that tables are cleared, cleaned and sanitized.
    -Washes all wares including pots, pans, storage containers, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwasher.
    -Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
    -Unloads and restocks bar area with clean glassware.
    -Managing the inventory of napkins, straws, salt, pepper, and other table condiments and supplies.
    -Moving tables, chairs, and furniture to accommodate customers as needed.
    -Tidying the restaurant after service and ensuring that it is prepped for the following service.

    GUEST SERVICES:
    -If there is a line, you are passing out menus, explaining the flow, and directing customers to available bartenders.
    -Assist the Busser by bussing and wiping tables.
    -Jump in to bartend if the bar needs assistance.
    -Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas and offer menus.
    -Suggest patrons to tables suitable for their needs.

    OBJECTIVE: 
    The Back of House (BOH) Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our establishment’s kitchen operations to provide guests with high-quality, fast-casual dining options.

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
    • Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand.
    • Place daily and weekly orders with vendors
    • Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders.
    • Oversee the food preparation and plating processes.
    • Train new employees in designated kitchen stations.
    • Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments.
    • Work with the Taproom Manager to price and change menu items.

    • Communication: You will be in charge of overseeing all Taproom Team Members while scheduled to work in the kitchen, so it’s important to be able to convey information to your team in a clear and concise manner. Your problem-solving skills can help you identify the source of a problem and develop a solution to fix it. You may also be responsible for resolving conflicts between kitchen staff members.     • Teamwork: You must be able to work well with others. Your ability to be a team player can help you to lead a group of kitchen staff effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Guest Experience & Hospitality

    Operational Management

    Oversee daily operations of the Taproom, including scheduling, shift leadership, and cash handling.
    Collaborate closely with Director of Brewery Operations to ensure seamless coordination between taproom and brewing operations.
    Maintain accurate inventory of beverages, merchandise, and supplies; manage ordering and vendor relationships.
    Partner with Merchandise Coordinator to maintain accurate inventory of retail merchandise and apparel sold in the taproom.
    Optimize operational workflows to increase service efficiency while maintaining high service standards.
    Uphold all safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards across the Taproom.
    Manage and maintain accuracy and functionality of the point-of-sale system and the inventory system
    Work with the VP of Wholesale Operations and the Wholesale Operations Manager, to plan beer availability and allocations for retail.
    Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of draft equipment and coolers, with ability to troubleshoot.
    Work front of house (FOH) or back of house (BOH) shifts as needed.
    Sales, Events & Marketing Collaboration

    Partner with ownership and marketing to plan and execute events, seasonal promotions, and community engagement activities.
    Monitor sales data and identify growth opportunities for food, beverage, and merchandise.
    Contribute creative ideas for events and campaigns that drive guest engagement and brand loyalty.
    Assisting with all sales and reporting tracking, and contributing to the preparation of reports to share with senior leadership.

    Qualifications & Required

    Experience:
    Minimum 2 years of hospitality, restaurant, Taproom, or taproom management experience.

    Essential Functions
    Program Leadership & Coaching
    Lead and inspire youth Nordic skiers ages 8–18 through skill-based, engaging, and fun practices.

    Manage any staff issues promptly; communicate performance evaluations of site staff to Area Director and/or Regional Director
    Assist with interviewing and recruiting associates; mentor and develop all maintenance and housekeeping associates
    Prepare and supervise apartments for occupancy including but not limited to: painting, drywall repair, trash out, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical repairs
    Perform and assign service requests for residents daily and timely
    Perform and oversee system repairs on electrical, plumbing, boilers, hot water heaters, HVAC systems, appliances, etc
    Perform and oversee detailed work with carpentry, drywall repairs and interior/exterior painting, etc
    Clean and supervise pools as needed, monitor chemical balance, maintain logs as required by city ordinances, when applicable
    Perform pre-move out inspections with Community Director, timely
    Schedule timely completion of make-readies and service requests with maintenance staff and vendors
    Ensure daily grounds maintenance of the property is addressed including picking up and disposing of all trash, pet defecation removal, maintain pet waste stations, and sweeping walkways
    Manage and complete property improvements and preventive maintenance scheduled tasks, promptly
    Maintain accurate documentation of all replacements and on-site purchases, including product warranty information
    Prioritize service responsibility for all maintenance and housekeeping associates daily and complete duties as needed
    Manage vendor relationships for best pricing, quality and service
    Reorder inventory supplies as necessary within the property’s budget parameters
    Must take part in the on-call rotation, as scheduled/needed
    Must use personal vehicle to respond to service requests and pick up supplies as needed
    Ensure market ready apartments, common areas and amenities are clean and maintained daily to Weidner’s quality standards
    Assist team with distributing resident correspondence and notices while maintaining privacy of confidential and sensitive information
    Accompany vendors to vacant and/or occupied units, as needed
    Monitor supplies and maintain equipment

    Qualifications:

    2+ years maintenance experience required
    Prior management experience desired
    Advanced mechanical aptitude required
    Able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds, climb ladders and climb multiple flights of stairs at a time
    Able to use appliance dolly, push/pull up to 200 pounds
    Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
    Able to be on feet constantly for entire work shift, if applicable
    Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, swimming pool maintenance, appliances, building systems, irrigation systems, and HVAC systems
    HVAC, CPO, EPA certification desired
    Industry designations, CAMT desired
    Complete tasks in a safe and efficient manner
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong motivation to learn & contribute on a daily basis
    Able to give professional directions clearly in person, over the phone, email, and text
    Experienced in Microsoft products preferred (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
    Yardi and Paycom experience preferred; Willing and able to learn new software programs

    Must agree to a criminal background check and sign an agreement for voluntary drug testing
    Must have access to personal vehicle and/or reliable transportation, at all time
    Driver’s license, vehicle and vehicle insurance must be valid and unexpired at all times and match the country in which associate will work
