To ensure we will have enough room for all, each business is allowed up to 8 people.
Customer Service Training with a Twist!
Great customer service starts with more than just a smile—it starts with the culture of your workplace. This fall, Nash Consulting will bring an energizing, practical workshop to Leavenworth that goes beyond the basics. Designed for business owners and their teams, this session will boost customer service skills while also building tools for stronger relationships, healthier workplaces, and even better connections in everyday life.
Each training is different and builds on the previous one, however, there is still much to be learned and will not be at a disadvantage if you only attend the second or third training.
The training will be presented in person by NASH CONSULTING.
Topics and skill-building include:
Understand workplace morale – what it is, why it matters, and your part in creating it

Learn to listen so customers (both internal and external) feel heard
