The Leavenworth Chamber Board of Directors and staff look forwarding to welcoming you to our 4th Annual Oktoberfest Local’s Night taking place on October 3rd!

Last year we welcomed over 1200 residents of the Cascade School District* for an evening of beer, music, yodeling, chicken dancing and Ferris wheel rides.

HOW TO GET ON THE LOCAL’S NIGHT GUEST LIST

To help us better prepare for the evening and properly manage the number of tickets we sell to the general public, and to not overburden the beer lines, (of which we have added more of) we are requiring that eligible locals complete the below RSVP form for your household. We allow for four people per household and all must have photo ID, 12 and under are free.

Once registered below, you will be added to our “Local’s List” which is your “ticket.”

On evening of the event, you and your party of registered attendees will need to go through the Local’s Entrance Gate (Front & Division Street) where each name/address on the list will be matched to your photo ID.

If your ID does not reflect your Cascade School District address, you will need to bring a current piece of mail addressed to you at your address. Easy peasy.

*Per our bylaws, the Cascade School District is also the Primary Membership District of voting members for the Leavenworth Chamber of Commerce.

Oktoberfest Rules

No vaping or vape pens*

No marijuana*

No weapons (includes pocket knives and pepper spray)*

No outside food or drink*

No pets (ADA service dogs only)

No selfie sticks or professional photography

No minors allowed in any venues after 9:00 p.m.

Cigarette smoking allowed in designated area only.

Front Street Park is 21+

No smoking in the Kinderplatz or Front St. Park

Must be 21 to consume alcohol

We reserve the right to remove you from the premises

No entry or reentry after 10 PM

* Items will be confiscated and not returned.

This form allows for you to RSVP up to four people and up to four 12 & Under minors per household.

You will not receive a ticket, rather each name will be added to the “Local’s List.” All adults will need to show Photo ID that matches the address provided. If this is not the case, bring a recent piece of mail you have received that contains your name and the Cascade School District address you provided.

FAQ’s

What if I do not RSVP in advance?
You will be directed to the queue for the “Night Of” tickets sales and will be required to purchase regular admission ticket. ($15.00/per person, children 12 and under are free)
Do I still go through Security?
YES. You will still go through security which includes metal detectors and bag checks, clear bags help move things along!
Security will confiscate and not return vape pens, all weapons, including pepper spray and your favorite pocketknife! We have a designated cigarette smoking section, but marijuana and vaping are not allowed and will also be confiscated.

2025 Highlights

Cashless Event: Pay with credit/debit, mobile pay, or load funds onto a Smartcard Fabric Wristband.

Beverages: Washington hard ciders, local wines, rotating taps from all three breweries (including a collab Festbier), plus German imports like Ayinger, Paulaner, Weihenstephaner, Spaten, Franziskaner, and new this year—Hofbräu! Non-alcoholic beer options also available.
Kinderplatz (FREE admission all festival weekends): Featuring a new Carousel, Ferris Wheel, carnival games, snack shack, and the root beer garden. Note: No alcohol allowed in Kinderplatz. Guests under 21 must leave all Oktoberfest venues by 9:00 PM per WSLCB rules.
Entertainment: Three stages of live music with headliners West Coast Prost, European Take-Out, and S Bahn—plus more performers throughout the night.
Faster Service: More beer trailers have been added to ease lines.
Free Shuttle: Runs an hour before opening until 12:15 AM, serving east, west, and central Leavenworth. Shuttle maps are on our website.
