The Leavenworth Chamber Board of Directors and staff look forwarding to welcoming you to our 5th Annual Oktoberfest Local’s Night taking place on October 2nd!

If you live in the Cascade School District, 99826, you and your plus one get complimentary tickets!

The Leavenworth Chamber is proud to once again offer Local's Night on the Opening Night of Oktoberfest 2026.

If you live in the 98826 Area Code (Cascade School District) and would like to get on the Locals Guest List, here is how you do it.

Follow the "Register Now" button below to link to the RSVP form. The form allows for you to register yourself (Age 13+) and a plus one. Additionally, there is a field to register up to four children who are 12 and under children with you.

All attendees 21 and over must bring photo identification to receive a 21+ wristband. If your photo ID address does not match your 98826 zip code, bring a separate ID or something that does. (Piece of mail)

On September 28th, the guest list officially closes and everyone that registered will be sent a ticket to the e-mail address you provided. You will need this ticket to enter the event.

On evening of the event, you and your party can go through either the “Local’s Entrance Gate” (Front & Division Street) or the Main Gate (Front & 10th Street).

Oktoberfest Rules

No vaping or vape pens*

No marijuana*

No weapons (includes pocket knives and pepper spray)*

No outside food or drink*

No pets (ADA service dogs only)

No selfie sticks or professional photography

No minors allowed in any venues after 9:00 p.m.

Cigarette smoking allowed in designated area only.

Front Street Park is 21+

No smoking in the Kinderplatz or Front St. Park

Must be 21 to consume alcohol

We reserve the right to remove you from the premises

No entry or reentry after 10 PM

RSVP Form

This form allows for you to RSVP for yourself, your plus one, and up to four children 12 & under.

You will not receive a ticket immediately, rather each name will be added to the “Local’s List” until the 28th when the guest list closes. On this day, all those who registered will receive an e-mail with their tickets attached. You will need this ticket and a Photo ID that matches the address provided. If your ID does not match the address you provided, bring a recent piece of mail you have received that contains your name and the Cascade School District address you provided on this form. FAQ’s

What if I do not RSVP in advance?
You will be directed to the queue for the “Night Of” tickets sales and will be required to purchase regular admission ticket. ($20.00/per person, children 12 and under are free)
Do I still go through Security?
YES. You will still go through security which includes metal detectors and bag checks, clear bags help move things along!
Security will confiscate and not return vape pens, all weapons, including pepper spray and your favorite pocketknife! We have a designated cigarette smoking section, but marijuana and vaping are not allowed and will also be confiscated.
