RSVP for Oktoberfest Local’s Night

Thank you for registering for the Local's Guest List on Opening Night of Oktoberfest. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FRIDAY

1. Go to the Local’s Entrance Gate near the Division and Front Street intersection, this is the only gate for those who registered for the guest list. Paid ticket holders will need to use that Main Entrance at 10th & Front St. or the entrance at Front St. Park.  Help us spread that word!  

2. At the gate, your PHOTO ID will be matched with your name on the guest list so have it handy. (If your ID does not reflect your Cascade School District home or business address, you will need to bring a current piece of mail addressed to you at the address.)

3. The first 700 people thought the Local's Gate will get a 2024 Commemorative Woody Goomsba hat pin, wear it proudly!

Some big changes this year to how you pay, gone will be the need to purchase tickets to redeem for beer, etc. Once in the gate, you can purchase beer and food directly at each booth with mobile pay or with a credit/debit card.  You can also connect your card to a smart bracelet for your convenience or should you want to use cash.  For cash, you can load a smart bracelet at the information booth that you can then scan at any of the beer taps or vendors to pay for items. (some merchandise retailers excluded)

OKTOBERFEST RULES

1. No vaping or vape pens*

2. No marijuana*

3. No weapons (includes pocket knives and pepper spray)*

4. No outside food or drink*

5. No pets (ADA service dogs only)

6. No selfie sticks or professional photography

7. No minors allowed in any venues after 9PM

8. Cigarette smoking allowed in designated areas

9. Front Street Park is 21+ 

10. No smoking in the Kinderplatz or Front St. Park

11. Must be 21 to consume alcohol

12. We reserve the right to remove you from the premises

13. No reentry after 10 PM

                  * Items will be confiscated and not returned.
